What your favorite hangout in Leicester? As cheesy as it may be, my favourite spot to hang out is my tattoo studio.
What type of work do you do? I currently work as a Tattoo Artist.
I wanted to become a tattoo artist because I’ve always wanted a creative career and I’ve always loved tattoos. When I realized there weren’t many Indian tattoo artists in the UK, I decided to give it a shot. Tattooing is honestly the best job in the world and I could never do anything else with my life.
What are some Indian traditions you still follow? I light a Diya and agarbathi (incense) pretty much every morning and thank the Universe for everything that I have in my life.
Bollywood or Hollywood, and why?
Bollywood, as much as I love Jodhaa Ahkbar my go-to film will always be a Hollywood comedy or Animation.
Favorite movie?
My favourite movie that I never get tired of watching is probably Stepbrothers with Will Ferrell and John C. Reily.
What’s your favorite thing about Indian culture? The artwork, India has such a rich history of being creative in all kinds of mediums, whether it’s paintings, pottery, woodwork, textiles, tattoos etc. Xanax http://sellersvillepharmacy.com/xanax.php
Good Indian Girl? Definitely! My favourite saying is “I’m not radical, you’re just brainwashed.” I’m definitely a good Indian girl, just not by everyone’s standards.
