How to Help India During COVID-19

For many of us, India and Indian culture has touched our life in some way, whether it be through our upbringing, family, food, yoga, music, or travel—adding so much richness and depth. So let’s return the favor and show up. India needs our help right now.

As you’ve probably heard, India has been hit extremely hard with COVID-19 cases, with the average daily rate reaching approximately 400,000 per day. The country is scrambling for oxygen, resources, hospital beds, and medical staff to tend to the needs of those who are suffering right now.

Please consider donating to one of the organizations below if you’re in a place to do so. And if not, please share information and resources about what’s happening there right now.

Here are a few organizations that are working actively to supply hospital beds, oxygen tanks, COVID tests and more. We will work to keep this list updated.
